A Cormorant, an Egret, and a Roseate Spoonbill walk into a Mangrove tidal area ……..

I’m sure there is a joke in there somewhere.

Yesterday was about as nice as it gets.  Beautiful weather, warm and clear, and the beaches were not at all crowded. The park at the end of Lido Key has a very large area of Mangroves which I thought were inaccessible except by kayak. It turns out there are a couple of paths you can take around it and even an observation deck or two.  I found one of the observation decks and was rewarded with a few good photos.  These were taken at a considerable distance with an old (relatively) Panasonic G1, a micro four-thirds camera that is still going strong.
