On most mornings, fairly early, there is an Eagle that makes its way across the wetland that I go to often for photos. It’s as if he is commuting to work. I have no doubt that if I was there in the evening I would see him coming back. This happened to me years ago in New England when I would see a Great Blue Heron flying East as I was leaving in the morning and West in the evening when I was getting home. I guess for some birds living in one place and feeding in another makes sense. It isn’t something you normally think about though.
